We were still kept "entertained" - with questions from a quiz?

Offiziell gibt es im Cabanas heute kein Frühstück. Nur auf Anfrage für Gäste wie uns, die die offiziellen Frühstückszeiten nicht einhalten können, weil sie nicht im Rythmus des Frühstücks im Hauptrestaurant liegt.



Officially no breakfast was offered in Cabanas. Only by requests like guests of us, who could not keep the correct breakfast times because it was not in the rhythm of the main dining rooms.

Then we had to leave the ship. Captain Henry was waving for farewell.



Dann geht es auch schon von Bord. Kapitän Henry winkt uns zum Abschied.

Am Busbahnhof ist alles perfekt organisiert.

Unterwegs werden wir Disney-mäßig informiert und unterhalten.



Enroute we were kept entertained and informed in the style of Disney.

At the airport, we granted ourselves with a porter.



Am Flughafen gönnen wir uns einen Gepäckträger.

Sie führen einen immer sehr schnell zum Check-In.



They normally would take someone very quickly to the check-in.

We still had time to see the United Club. We booked the outward journey in the Economy Class (day flight) and back in the Business Class (night flight). So we were allowed to have more bags with us and to use all further amenities.



Es bleibt noch Zeit in den United Club zu gehen. Wir haben hin Economy (Tagesflug) und zurück Business Class (Nachtflug). So dürfen wir mehr Gepäck mitnehmen und eben auch alle weiteren Annehmlichkeiten in Anspruch nehmen.

Hier frühstücken wir einfach weiter.

The flight took us to Newark, NJ.



Der Flug führt uns nach Newark.

Und wieder in den United Club.



And again into the United Club.

Outside it was horrible weather.



Draußen ist echt mieses Wetter.

Besonderes gibt es im United Club nie zu essen.



There was no special food in the United Club available.

So we had to head on for our Frankfurt-bound flight to Germany. Sigi needed to catch her plane to Munich, Germany and continue to Hamburg, Germany. Soon on the journey on KONINGSDAM in September 2016, we would see her again.



Dann geht es auch schon zurück nach Frankfurt. Für Sigi geht es nach München und von dort aus weiter nach Hamburg. Schon zur KONINGSDAM-Fahrt im September 2016 sehen wir sie wieder.

In Frankfurt dürfen wir als Gäste von United und von Air Canada auch die Lufthansa Welcome Lounge zu nutzen. Hier duschen wir und frühstücken, bevor es weitergeht. Unser Auto haben wir im Terminal geparkt, so dass alles sehr einfach für uns ist: kein Transfer - kein Parken unter freiem Himmel.



In Frankfurt, Germany, we were allowed as guests of United and Air Canada to use Lufthansa's Welcome Arrival Lounge too. So we took a shower and had our breakfast before we headed on. Our car was parked in the terminal, so it was quite simple: no transfer - no outdoor parking.

179 lbs... It was 231 lbs. on NORWEGIAN JADE 2014 (2).



87,2 kg... 105 kg waren es noch auf der NORWEGIAN JADE 2014 (2).

But the kid in the man stayed: I love Remy!

It was the rat, which prepared the meals in the movie "Ratatouille". Inspiration for the next time onboard to try Remy. Three different journeys - three different products - three great crews - one outstanding voyage came to an end. But the next shiphopping was already planned.



Die Ratte, die im Film "Ratatouille" kocht. Ansporn das nächste Mal an Bord auch das Remy auszuprobieren. Drei unterschiedliche Fahrten - drei unterschiedliche Produkte - drei tolle Crews - eine tolle Reise gehen zu Ende. Aber das nächste Shiphopping ist schon geplant.
