ARTEMIS: Shareholder Value... Carnival Group UK-Style...

Wir bekamen von P&O einen Scheck über 25,00 GBP für das Bordguthaben, was es an Bord nicht gab.

Der Scheck nützt uns leider nichts...

... nur zur Verrechnung... (also keine Barauszahlung möglich und so müssten wir einen GBP-Auslandsscheck bei der Bank einreichen. Bleibt nicht mehr viel von 25,00 GBP übrig...)

... nur an Bruno zahlbar... (also keine Einreichung durch Freunde mit einem britischen Bankkonto...)

Wir wollten eh das neue Carnival-Gebäude in Southampton besichtigen... Ein guter Anlass, dass wir bei denen eine andere Lösung finden...

Die Abteilung für den Club der Wiederholer besteht nach wie vor darauf, dass wir nicht an Bord waren und an uns daher auch nichts fakturiert wurde...



We received from P&O a check of 25.00 GBP for the on-board-credit which we did not received.

Unfortunately, we cannot work with this check...

... only for a bank account... (so no cash possible and so we need to pay high fees for a GBP-foreign check by putting it to our account. There will not be so much left of 25.00 GBP...)

... only for Bruno... (so no chance to give it to UK-friends...)

Anyhow, we wanted to see the new Carnival-Building in Southampton... An excellent occasion to find another solution for them...

The Pontenus Club (Past Passenger) still insists that we were not on board and we did not get any invoice...

ARTEMIS: Lufthansa und/and P&O Cruises

Lufthansa überweist erwartungsgemäß nur die Kosten der unbenutzten Tickets zurück - irgendwann.

Bei P&O wird es echt lustig...

Unsere Punkte für den Vielfahrerclub bekommen wir nicht: sie können keine Aufzeichnungen finden, dass wir an Bord waren.

Offiziell haben wir ja storniert. Ich habe denen erklärt, dass ich dann unsere Bordkosten von meiner Kreditkarte zurückbuchen lasse. Wenn wir nicht an Bord waren, wie können dann Bordausgaben gehabt haben.

Von der Finanzabteilung sollen wir noch nachträglich 25 GBP OBC bekommen, weil wir ja doch an Bord waren...

Also was nun???


As expected Lufthansa will refund the ununsed tickets - somewhen...

It's funny to see what is going around with P&O Cruises...

We cannot get any points for Pontenus Club: we were not on board, and they could not find any records that we were on the ship.

Officially we canceled. So I told them that I will ask my bank to rebook the onboard expenses we had back to my credit card. If we were not on board how could we spent money there???

The finance department will give us our 25 GBP OBC as we were onboard.

So what???

Die Zeit war zu kurz, um alles zu sehen. Von meinen Mitarbeitern bekam ich für eine gemeinsame Bildsammlung Bilder von Eindrücken, die ich gar nicht hatte. Daher unkommentiert ein paar Eindrücke meiner Mitarbeiter. Vielen Dank dafür.

I missed totally the ABBA-Cover-Band... but that was maybe because we attended this time the show of the German singer Michael Holm...



Die ABBA-Cover-Band ist komplett an mir vorbeigegangen... lag aber daran, dass sie spielte, während wir bei Michael Holm saßen...

Viele der Mitternachtsbüffetaufnahmen sind entstanden, um sich "Inspirationen" für die künftigen Seminar-Büffets in unserer Firma zu holen... Künftig erwarte ich also eine Eisskulptur bei uns in der Firma.



Many of the Midnight-Snack-Pictures were taken to have an "inspiration" for future seminar and training-catering buffets in our company... In the future I am expecting an ice-sculpture in our office.
